Artist-In-Residence Program
During the week-long artist-in-residence program, the WSO engages an accomplished
performing artist for a series of recital appearances. The artist appears at public
and private schools, civic clubs and music schools and concludes the week in a solo
performance with the Wilmington Symphony. This is one of our largest educational
outreach programs of the season. In total, nearly 1,000 schoolchildren and adults
participate in the residency program each year.
